A message to the people of the world - 


"In the events of the last year many terrible things have happened in the war for worldy progression. It seems that the pigs of the capitalist dogma run the streets and the offices above. It seems they have destroyed the homeland and brainwashed the people. I am proud to say that I, with the help of my comrades stationed in Brazil, have erected a new home for the communist! A place of power and prosperity for all that we have taken with power from the terrorist NMU in the past. Let the United Socialist States of Finchera be born, stretching from the coast of Rio to the tip of Northern Argentina. This is what we have built out of the rubble of the war for our people, this place. We will rebuild Phanafia and the Mazzane Communist power. We will single handedly destroy the remnants of the NMU, whether it means war or abolition. Our people have not died out! Our government is not corrupt! With the power of Brazilian advancement we will progress, and the world with us so be it! I am pleased to announce to the people of Brazil and of the world the foundation of this new nation Finchera."

Today the Fincheran power is occupying the streets of the new nation all over and rebuilding a fallen society. This beautiful, vast, lush nation is born out of the former Phanafian military occupation of Brazil. Brazil, in need of a new stable government after the removal of NMU power was happy to adopt the new name of Finchera. With the New Foundation Agreement (Sec5-Sec7) the Brazilian people have ordered a balance and will be maintaining independence in the north under the name of Brazil. This is a peaceful compromise, which has been fatefully enacted on this very day of Sunday, March 18th, 2012.
